Hooksole size labels run approximately two EU sizes larger than the equivalent usual size. “Inner length” is measured flat and unstretched. “Fits foot” is the maximum foot length for a comfortable fit. US and UK conversions are approximate because sizing varies between brands.

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
Mark your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.
Match the measurement to the Fits foot column.
