Welcome to Hooksole. By accessing or purchasing from hooksole.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

About Hooksole

Hooksole is a small studio selling handmade crochet slippers, DIY crochet kits and related tutorials. Our business address is Hooksole, Midea Ziyuntai, Building 12, Room 2602, Zhuzhou, Hunan 412000, China. You can contact us at support@hooksole.com.

Handmade products

Our products are made wholly or partly by hand. Natural and handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, stitch appearance, shape and dimensions. We make reasonable efforts to display colours accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. Minor handmade variation is not a defect.

Orders and product information

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. We may decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a product or stock issue, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.

Made-to-order products may require additional production time. Any stated production or delivery time is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes and applicable import duties are displayed or explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted and produced.

Shipping, returns and consumer rights

Shipping and return terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Intellectual property and tutorials

All Hooksole content, including photographs, videos, written patterns, diagrams, website text, logos and tutorial materials, is owned by or licensed to Hooksole and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use purchased patterns and tutorials for personal, non-commercial making. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share or use Hooksole patterns, videos or tutorial materials to create commercial products or competing teaching content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of Hooksole or others.

Third-party services

The website uses third-party services for hosting, payments, fraud prevention, reviews, email and delivery. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Disclaimer and liability

We work to keep product descriptions and website information accurate, but errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, Hooksole is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer's country of residence.
